Iconic, but not durable

Enamel chipped within 3 months of purchase. The warranty dept. accused me of banging, dropping and not understanding how to take care of a very expensive pot without knowing whether their conclusion is accurate. The truth is that nothing that’s happened here has exceeded normal wear. I had hoped it was a defect, which would have renewed my faith in le crueset, but I will replace this with another brand, and offer this note as a warning of my imperfect experience with le crueset. I am beyond disappointed in this most recent le crueset diminished quality.
