Easy and quick to install even for a novice, except for one thing. At the end when I went to hang up the wand, the slot wasn't facing the right way.This is easily fixed with a Phillips screwdriver BUT it would've been much easier if I knew that ahead of time before I attached everything. So if you're not that tall and have a tiny bathroom and literally no room between the showerhead side of your tub and the sink, you'll thank me for this tip later. Another tip, it comes with a bit of plumbers tape. I wish I knew that as well because I bought that in addition to this. No need. you'll only need a bit, if any. My water pressure seems a bit lower with this head than what I'm used to but otherwise works great.

NOT a 5 - 7 foot stretchable hose, not enough pressure.

So, I waited awhile to write about this product because I tried returning it after I received it. The hose is NOT a 5 - 7 foot stretchable hose. It is however stainless steel and its only 5 feet and stretches from 5 feet to about 1.5 INCHES longer. The actual handle and shower head is NOT stainless steel of course because of the price. Also there is not enough pressure coming out of both shower head and handle. I took too long to return it so I just put it in the spare bath. I ended up getting a Water Pik from a big home improvement store and that product work GREAT. Also I wrote to these people complained about the hose that's suppose to stretch from 5 - 7 feet and they ended up sending me another one of the exact same thing. I wrote again and they sent me another of the same thing, I wrote again and they ended up sending me another. So I guess they don't really have a 5 - 7 foot stretchable hose. I ended up throwing them away.
