Pandora 190880CZ-52 EUR-52, US-6 Pandora my prince (Open Box)

Order this for my daughter's birthday. I knew her ring size and order the exact one. When I gave it to her, it barely fit her pinky. Later that day were near a Pandora store so I went in to ask some questions. The woman behind the counter said it was the wrong size just by looking at it. I eneded up buying the ring from the store and returning this one. I probably wouldn't have been so impatient if it hadn't been a special occasion. You assume when you place an order it will be accurate and timely and I just didn't have time for this. Not sure if they run small or if we got this by mistake. Never invested time to find out.
