Whirlpool Everydrop Refrigerator Filter

I've been buying and using this refrigerator filter for 15 years but lately the last year I keep getting a bad batch when I buy ...Every other one that I receive, either is clogged. No water comes out of my refrigerator water dispenser or it most of the time, It makes the pump jumpy and vibrates when I take out the filter,I have no problems. I send back the filter they give me another one and then it's fine. But again, it seems like every other filter that I receive is no good. Don't know if it's a different manufacturer that makes it now or if they just went cheaper quality, but it's the only filter that fits my 15-year-old refrigerator so I'm stuck using it
