Used with a alarm.com hub, however the connection between the hub and lock would not connect very well, even tho it was only 12 feet away. I had to get another zwave switch to go in between it so it could “bounce” and make the connection without failing.

Installed works with alexa, but some issues ( 3 1/2 stars technically )

First off, it does what i needed and it does what its supposed to do. Oddly though, when i enter the code on the door, it unlocks the door but then flashes red like something is wrong, every time. Since its only releasing the lock mechanism, i cant figure out why it does that. Also, sometimes alexa/smartthings(not sure which) thinks the door is unlocked even though i have manually locked it. Relatively easy to program though.
