Great Ipad

Ipad air 2 overall is amazing for what I paid and for it to be renewed now downside is it's not updated to 16.0 so majority of apps are not downloading like YouTube and some games because it must be up to date other than that amazing purchase and tablet is huge for a kid colors are bright the screen is amazing

Wouldn’t recommend buying!! This company or whoever they are needs to be discontinued from selling products on Amazon ‼️ bought a ipad returned it because it was glitching and didn’t keep charge nor would stay on long…returned it and until this day I’ve been going back and forth with them and Amazon to get my money back! Everytime it’s an excuse and atp I’m assuming they don’t want to refund my money! But I WILL continue trying until I get my money…they a joke and a spam …DO NOT RECOMMEND! Had I known it was 3rd party definitely wouldn’t have got a penny from me

First off, I remember selecting “good” condition, but somehow ended up ordering an “acceptable” condition iPad. However, I’m aware I could have done that by mistake and that be user error. My 8 year old son is recently disabled and spends a lot of time in his wheelchair and traveling to Drs appointments and wanted an iPad for games. For Christmas we decided to get him and his sister an iPad but wanted to see how it would go first before spending a large chunk of money on newer products. I opened them and began setup. Everything went perfect on my daughters and it is used daily. It is beginning to have some lag/freeze lately and I noticed the home button kinda sticks but other than that the battery and screen are in good condition and that is the sole reason this review has stars, because one of the products did come in acceptable condition and I’m pleased with it as a first tablet to see how responsible they can be. However my sons had issues from the start. It gave errors and wouldn’t let us complete setup for a while. After a few days I finally had time to mess with it (I have a degree in IT) and it wasn’t too difficult to fix. But after setup I noticed the screen looked strange. It took me a bit to figure out it had water damage to the screen and it was displaying the colors off. After gifting my son the iPad for Christmas when he was on YouTube was when I realized why the colors seemed off now that I could see it in action. I requested a return and got a date saying the new product would arrive within two days. I reset the other one and wrapped it up. Only I couldn’t print the return label that day due to a printer issue. The new device never came; but I didn’t expect it to until they received the old product so I wasn’t mad. I showed on my returns that I had until March 14 to return. Which was good because Strep, Flu, RSV and HFM all hit our home for the next three months. On March 11th I printed the label and noticed it was not postage paid. But I wouldn’t have time to do much so I decided to just pay it. After THREE different places didn’t have a box small enough to fit, I finally found a place that was quite a bit more expensive but assured me they would find their smallest box and secure it with extra bubble wrap and packaging to guarantee safe delivery. I left the label and bubble wrapped device and charger with them and immediately messaged the seller with tracking number to let them know it was on the way and that a replacement would be fine. It arrived yesterday to their facility and I still haven’t gotten a response. Of course the card I used then would be one that is closed now so I’m crossing my fingers that they see the message and don’t just try to issue a refund. I sent another brief message today. I will update this post with any updates as they happen.
