Bed dog bed ever!

We purchased this bed in 2019 plus an extra cover, and it’s so awesome, I’m back on Amazon to buy one for our new puppy. It is very high quality, thick and comfortable, plus the cover is easy to clean and swap out. I’ve purchased may beds that are $30-$50 but not one is anywhere near as nice and long lasting. This is with the extra cost. I keep it in the crate most of the time but will send it to the dog boarder so it gets moved a lot and still looks like new!

Foam not expanding as expected

I purchased the large for my 76 pounder and it turned out to be too short for the tall boy. otherwise it's a really nice bed with 4" foam all over! So I purchased the XL which would be more comfy. However, I'm over 48 hours and waiting for the foam to expand. Most of it has but one of the long ends is only at 2 1/2" which is significantly thinner than the 4" it's supposed to be. I contacted the company and they were very generic and unhelpful. They didn't give me any ideas as to how much longer to wait or whether it would ever expand. They said I would have to send its a request with photos and they would get back to me at some unspecified time to determine if I had a case. Really? This bed cost almost $200 and I excepted a better customer service experience. I'm not sure what I'll do but don't like to settle for less than what is expected. It's frustrating because my dog loved the smaller one right away but he's kind of squished in the bed.
