Char-Broil Portable Gas Grill 190 Sq.

I decided I'd found another proximity and was returning this $39.95 grill I purchased via Amazon. First, couldn't return it to Amazon, had to deal directly with the company - I didn't know there was a difference and was the first thing that frustrated me. Called Char Broiler "customer service." Basically was told, send it via UPS for $8.95 PLUS there would be a 20% restocking fee!!!! On a never opened package!!! I said, let me see if I understand this - the product I got wasn't good enough, I have to pay you to send it back, along with paying an extra 20% just because??? So I'm out about 30 bucks on your unopened, never used $39.95, because you're lazy and didn't tell me this prior to buying your junk???? BEWARE!!!!!!! I've been ordering things more often through Amazon, ASSUMING all items are easy to return!! THEY ARE NOT AND WILL COST A REDICULOUS AMOUNT TO RETURN!!!! My choice, either spend $30 to send it back or an extra $9.95 to keep it!!!!! HUGE BS!!!
