Online sizing says a small fits 17 inch chest. My dog is 16 inches. Way too small and zero stretching. On the actual package it says a small fits 9-12 inches! A medium fits 14-18 inches. Quite a sizing discrepancy from the on line sizing. Not sure if I’ll order the medium once my refund comes because of the lack of stretching in the material. Otherwise the shirt is cute
