This center channel speaker changed my Home theater experince
By Andre Durr on Reviewed in the United States on March 22, 2020
After a while I been listening to my setup and always felt like something in the middle of the vocals just seem like they where missing then I did some research on just by upgrading your center channel could increase your H/T experience by adding more enhance vocals so I decided to replace my center channel. I had a Klipsch R-25C now don't get me wrong that was a decent speaker but after I replaced it with this RP-440C I was blown away with the clarity and sound dispersion of this speaker my movies and music just came alive and now I'm so glad I made this change to my setup. I know that other center channel speakers on the market cost twice as much as this one but for me I don't think you have to invest in a 1,000 dollar center channel to get superior quality.

Painfully Bright Sound
By LMH on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2019
I recently purchased the RP-440C as an upgrade to my old, inexpensive, Klipsch SC-1 center speaker which was always too bright sounding for my taste. The RP-440C is one of the few center speakers that fits into the space I have and since it is a more premium unit, I ordered it hoping for an improvement over the SC-1. I am disappointed. The RP-440C is extremely bright sounding and does not have much bass. In my opinion the high end is painfully bright (around 3Khz-5Khz). If you like other Klipsch speakers that are tuned this way, then this speaker might be for you. Also, the horn-type tweeter does noticeably color the sound. Again, if you like horn tweeters, then you might like the RP-440C. As for me, I am done with Klipsch.
