I disliked that the torch was a dim as a birthday candle after it was blown out! the black light is also very dim and does not find urine pet stains as promised. I have no blood spots to find, so I did not test that function. Very disappointing. I had a similar product years ago called a stink finder and that item did everything that this one does not! I was not able to find that product and this looked exactly like it, but it is not made with the same quality. Do not waste your time or spend your money on this one! Really wanted it to work:(

First, I asked a question about how many batteries this takes. Response from manufacturer was two AA. Thatâs the reason I purchased this cuz only two batteries. However, it actually takes FOUR AA batteries. Second, when I opened the box, there was no instructions insert, only âDirectionsâ written on the box. Third, nowhere does it mention how the four batteries should be inserted (I assumed negative side down for all four). Fourth, I attempted to use the button I assume is the on/off button but that wouldnât budge. This is definitely a âyou get what you pay forâ product.
It's okay & works but small

It is rather small of a light but if the room is dark enough it will glow from a distance, just not as much as if you were 3-4" from the surface. It does make other stuff glow as well. You realize how much is "grimy" in your house Haha

I don't recommend it, besides I'm going to return it... it doesn't come with a piece of paper with even a minimum of instructions... the customer has to guess how the batteries are positioned...
