Fits good on a 2010 Tacoma
By Go Cats on Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2013
I purchased these seat covers for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. I have the double cab with 60-40 split folding rear seats, no side air bags. The front seats took about an hour to install total. I struggled a little trying to route the straps under the seat. But, when completed, I was very pleased with how well the seat covers looked, fit and feel. They do look very close to "leather" seats but feel a little softer. The covers do not appear to move around when getting in and out of the seats.I was not quite as pleased with the rear seat covers. Since they are a "universal fit", they have a series of zippers to account for split folding seats. When you want to spit the seats, you unzip the closest zipper. The bottom seat cover fit went on fairly well, but I wish it had a few more straps. The back seat cover was a struggle, since you basically need to pull it across the whole seat at once. Since it is a split seat, it wants to fall down on you while you are pulling on the seat cover. It could have used a few more straps. But, I got it on and it fits reasonably well. The back and bottom rear seat covers did not wrinkle and do not appear to shift around when getting out of the seat. They look pretty close to leather also. Someone looking into your car may think you have leather seats.Again since this is a universal fit, you need to make modifications for the seat belts and pull straps. I was able route the bottom seat belt latches through the zippers (unzip the cover at back of bottom bench seat). I had to cut a slit in the top of the back seat cover (which is what the instructions tell you to do) for the split pull release. It does not appear to be tearing and looks fine. I have not been able to figure out how to route the center seat belt strap yet. The instructions say to cut from the edge and route the seat belt, but it's close to a zipper and I think it will look bad. I would rather unbolt the seat belt from the frame, cut a slit and run it through that way. Still thinking about it.....Overall for $69.99 this is a great buy. Just wanted everyone to be aware that it takes some work to get them installed.

The front of the seats would be protected but not the back and it didn't fit
By Melanie on Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2014
I was really hoping this seat cover would work. The only thing that worked was the price. I doubled checked on other sites to see if the particular module would fit my 08 equinox and it was supposed to but didn't. The first front seat cover we put on, it didn't cover the back of the seat. It didn't matter how much we tried to get the cover down, it wouldn't work. There was about 3-4 inches not covered. So we tried the other front seat included thinking maybe one was made for the driver side and one for the passenger side. No luck with the second one. We couldn't even get the 2nd cover half way down the seat. The seamstress had obviously sewn the opening too small. The very front of the seat cover looked very nice but the back part of the front seats had this super cheap mesh material. We have kids so it would be no time before they snagged it which would eventually result in a tear. The back seat cover didn't cover the back of the seat. It had some kind of ugly straps to keep it secure. I could have dealt with that if the there wasn't the other issues but I definitely wouldn't have liked it. If you were to adjust the headrests you would easily be able to see that this was not a good fit for the headrests. It barely covered the sides of the headrest. I sent these back and ordered the CalTrend. I don't recommend this product but I would highly recommend the CalTrend seat covers.

Great low cost synthetic leather covers for a 2012 Kia Sedona

These are semi-custom car seat covers - realize that they are not exact fit and may have some areas that don't fit like a glove. These are designed to fit a wide range of seats. Also, the pictures were taken right after install. Only time will tell if the wrinkles/puckers will smooth out with use.Upon opening these seat covers (they came in a very nice package), there is an odor from the material that needs to off-gas (air out). This is a normal for synthetic materials that didn't get the chance to fully off-gas before packaging. I simply unfolded all the seat covers and spread them out in my garage overnight. The odor was gone by the next morning. I would highly suggest doing this. The instructions direct you to install videos which help too. I have installed car seat covers years ago so I was familiar with the process. That prior knowledge made install easy for me, especially since this was in a minivan where I had access to the front, back, and underside of the seats (the seats pivot and can also be removed easily).Key to remember - the non-leatherette material (on sides and backs) is very thin and you need to be careful not to pull too hard on any strap during install as it can rip the seams. This isn't a cargo strap - it just needs to hold the cover in place and minimize wrinkles/movement. The seat covers do not have holes for arm rests so you will have to remove armrests and cut holes in the side material so they will fit. Not hard, but you want to make sure you get it right before cutting. Same for the rear head rests - you have to cut holes for them too. The middle seat covers had Velcro closure for the headrests so no holes there. One more install note - in my last picture (where you can see the cover on the split bench seat folded down), there is an optional set of thin mesh zippered pieces (they come as 2 pcs zipped together as 1) which can be used in the split bench. I chose to use them as side pieces for the top seat-backs as it allows you to recline the bench seats individually without having to unzip the seat cover. In this configuration, if you want to stow the bench seat, you will have to unzip the seat-bottom along the seam/zipper to separate the split bench. You could instead use the mesh inserts along the seat-back and seat-bottom to avoid any unzipping during stowage, but one side of the split bench will not be covered. Since I don't stow the seats often, I would rather have a cleaner look along the seat-back split.I ranked this 4 stars, but only barely as I really like these covers - the reason it lost a star was that one of the seams in the leatherette material (seam in the seat) was completely unraveled and open. I noticed the hole in the seam (about 2-3 inches long) during install and immediately removed the seat cover. Instead of returning the covers for a replacement, I just sewed the seam back together following the stitching and fixed it myself. I blame the quality control as that was a pretty big seam to miss. Regardless, I would not install the cover with that defect as it would have quickly unraveled more during use and rendered that seat cover useless. Key takeaway = inspect your seams BEFORE install to make sure the covers are good to go.Beside that one bad seam, the covers look very nice and feel great! They have only been on a week but so far hold up well to kid-wear-and-tear. I'll update this if they fail or otherwise not meet my expectations. My least favorite fit in the minivan was the center row head rests - the headrest covers are wider than the headrests and don't look great. I almost didn't install them, but after everything was in the van, you can adjust them some to make them look better. Again, these are semi-custom.Overall, I like the seat covers and hope the installed pictures help my 2012 Kia Sedona friends get an idea of what they will look like in their minivan. If you feel my review was helpful, please click "helpful" below. I just bought a 2011 Toyota Corolla that unfortunately had fabric seats so I needed something to protect the seats from normal wear and tear and also from my two dogs that are always wet and muddy from walks. I understand that even though this product is supposed to be universal there is no way it can be an exact fit for every make and model, but it fit perfectly well in my car. I only bothered using the ties on the front seats and was careful not to pull hard on them after reading reviews on here about how easily they broke. For the back seats I only tucked in the covers along the base of the seat and into the plastic frame molded along the sides. Both the back and the front look very nice and fit very well and it maybe took me an hour to install. None of the ties broke for me as I was gentle with them, and the fabric did not rip and run after cutting holes to fit the backseat head rests. The fake leather feels nice, gives added protection, and makes the inside of the car look much nicer. Not even two days after I put the covers on, one of my dogs had explosive diarrhea and vomited in the back while I was driving. The covers did an amazing job of protecting the seats and only a tiny bit seeped through where the zippers are to fit the seatbelt buckles. These covers were easy to wash off and disinfect and were quick to dry in the sun and air. Being that the cover from the backseat splits in two made it very easy for me to just remove and clean the seat portion. After this incident I am very happy that I purchased these covers and installed them just in time and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of this product.

My opinion is... Eehh (2009 Subaru Forester)

What did I expect with seat covers? I was hoping for a bit better then the kind from Walmart, and I guess I got that in that they are solid black and the leatherette seems like it will be nice. Probably OK for the price.I just finished installing them in my 2009 Subaru Forester and... Eehh. Nothing to be excited about, even a bit disappointed. Took about 1-1.5 hours and in the end:1. Front bucket seats fit decently and I think they will stay in place fairly well as the most heavily used seats in the car.2. Front headrest covers... :( The shape is very generic, a bit square, so my more triangular headrests had wings. In the end, I folded it a bit so that the wings are tucked in. Not sure if they will stay that way, may need to pin it down.3. Back bench seat (single piece configuration) fits ok. It would be better if the seat lifted up, but in the case of my car it doesn't. Also, my car has a flip out in the middle of the seat (not the arm rest on the back, but actually in the seat) that has cup holders. With the cover in place, that is not usable. Probably would be the case with any seat cover. Because I couldn't lift the seat, the cover is just tucked in so I'm guessing it will be a constant battle to keep it in place. But this would also probably be the case with any seat cover.4. Back seat backs (60/40 configuration) is a joke. First, the mesh extenders provided are not sewn very strong, one has already ripped along the zipper. Thankfully, it came with two sets and I only needed one. Second, the middle of the seat just doesn't work well. The center armrest is not usable once the cover is on and the seatbelt hook at the top is covered so to get the seatbelt to work right, you would have to peel the cover back a bit. This would probably be a bit better if the zipper ended at the top of the seat so you could unzip it a bit, but from my understanding of the instructions, that would be backwards. Third, the top of the back seat where the headrests go is completely covered. I will have to cut holes to fit them in. Fourth, the fabric seams on the back don't line up with the seat base, so it looks cheesy.5. The back headrests are even worse sizing wise than the front. In general, the back is just not good, but for me, we don't have kids climbing in and out, so it will probably be ok. I'm really glad I didn't pay more than I did, but now that they are in place, I will leave it the way it is.To note for other 2009 Subaru Forester owners- I hadn't realized that the back of the back seat is covered with the carpet material from the trunk space. This means that the straps attached to the covers (that would probably be very helpful) are not functional because there isn't a crack that goes from the front to the back like the bucket seats have.My lesson learned- buy a car with dark seats and go with the leather option when you buy it.
GREAT UNIVERSAL SEAT COVERS (2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS)

Preface: sorry for the length but I wanted to be as detailed as possible.I was looking for a good quality synthetic leather seat cover so I purchased these based on other reviews. They work great and they look like they came with the car. They were also a lot easier for me to put on than the ones I bought for her last car. The instructions are straight forward but it will take a little time depending on the vehicle. Note that it will be a little harder to put the front seat covers on if you have power seats. I don't know if it is the same for every vehicle but the instructions are universal and it worked for me; but lifting up your rear bench seats requires some room so move your front seats up as far as you can before trying to put on the back seat covers. The actual color is lighter than the one pictured so it looks like the tan that comes with cars now. It will take you at least 30 minutes to put these on. It took me between 1 1/2hrs-2hrs because I like to take my time and make sure I didn't mess anything up because if you pull the straps too hard like I did on my back covers, you will rip one. Have patience and take your time so that it looks right and you don't screw anything up. These are not your cheap synthetic leather covers. These covers are TOUGH and do not get scratched or tear. You can also clean these covers with leather cleaner and conditioner. I use Meguiar's because they are top notch and provide very good UV protection. IMPORTANT NOTE: This was not a problem for me but others may not like it so I thought I would give the heads up. The entire seat cover is NOT synthetic leather. The leatherette portion covers the front/top for what is most likely to be affected by spills etc. The sides, back, and lower half(lower knee cap/shin and down when sitting) are a breathable stretchy material which allows for it to be pulled over for a better fit.Pros:Cleans easily like leatherprotects like leatherlooks great in the carpriceeasier to put on than past seat coversdirections are easier to readTOUGH(my mom's have not scratched or torn at she puts things in there all the time that can rip leather)PROTECTION- I water tested mine with the test sample they include with the covers and nothing gets through.Cons:Non for me.I hope this helped. First thing I thought when I pulled them out of the package was "these look nothing like leather" but once I got them on they looked great. I didn't expect much at all for the low price but wow they look amazing and fit like a glove on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma.ProsEasy installExcellent qualityUnlike neoprene it isn't slippery so my dog doesn't slide around in it.Easy to clean with a damp cloth.ConsHead rest covers fit poorly (I just left them off)EDITDang sadly one of the seat covers already ripped along a seam. It was on the front passenger side which is odd as the drivers side obviously gets a lot more use. In fact I've only 2 passengers since I installed these covers. Maybe there was a imperfection in the stitching that failed. So far with the exception of the 4 inch rip material seems to be holding up well. I will be contacting the company to see if they can replace the seat cover. I'll update this review after I've spoken to them.In the mean time I'll be taking back 3 stars :(

These fit very well on my 2008 Kia Spectra. The installation was easy and I am happy that they are front side airbag compatible. Although they are not leather, the material is soft and even though I have spilled water on the seat covers several times, the moisture hasn't gotten through to the seat below, to my delight. Although the covers were a bit tight when I first installed them, they have loosened a bit over time and fit even better now. The headrest was easy to install on the front seat since the front seat covers have velcro opening on the top which allow you to just slide the headrest back in place. What I don't like is that you have to make a cut in the back seat cover in order to install the back seat headrest. Since I don't ever have passengers in the back seat I decided to let the seat covers settle before cutting into them to be sure I cut the right spot but 9 months later I still haven't installed them. The seat covers are easy to clean as I found out when I discovered some gum had somehow ended up on the passenger seat and melted. I took some rubbing alcohol and the seat covers cleaned up perfectly and easily which would have been a real mess if I didn't have these seat covers. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend these seat covers to others. Just be sure they are compatible with your car.
A challenge to install, with just "OK" results

I think satisfaction with this set relies heavily on the details of your vehicle. In my 2013 Chrysler 200, it's not a great fit at all, but it is usable. In fairness to the company, I am not good at all at understanding diagrammed instructions such as those posted on the company website. I also found the video on the site to be of very little help. If I had been able to complete the job in one effort, it probably would have taken at least a couple hours, but due to frustration, I quit 3 times, finally getting the bench seats pieces to work adequately on the fourth effort.Figuring out how the various rear pieces worked was the worst challenge for me. There're little labels on each piece that describe which way the zipper unzips... but rather than following those, just remember that regardless of where the piece is, you want to be able to UNzip it from the crease of the seat, either toward the front of the bench or toward the top of the backrest. The pieces are not labeled bench or back, but the bench is the biggest piece; the backrest is made up of 4 smaller pieces. There are mesh sections that you zip to the backrest pieces to customize the coverage to your split configuration. Know that only the mesh pieces have the loops that allow clipping around the backs of each seat back section, so you do have to use at least 4 of them to make the pieces clip together around the back and"fit".A bit of advice when covering the rear seat: Yank the bench seat up and pull it out of the car. Cover the back rest, and, when that's all done, then do the bench part. When you reinstall the bench, make sure that the cover doesn't extend over the clips underneath the bench that snap into the brackets in the car frame.Putting the covers on the front seats was relatively straightforward, but an optimal fit was hindered by the tightness of the seats against the plastic hardware on either side. It also is not easy, after stuffing the ties through the crease in between the back and the seat, to feed them under the seat forwards to put them through the buckle. I didn't even bother... too difficult to stand on my head that long. I'm also not impressed with the "pocket that's available on the back of the covers... pretty flimsy, compared to the upholstered one built into the seat. One thing that complicated things was that my headrests don't completely remove. I could work around that in the front because there are velcro openings, but there are no opening in the backrest piece for the rear, and I thought that cutting an opening (as suggested in the instructions) would look really sloppy. There was enough tension in the cover after snapping and zipping that I could just leave the top pulled up over the headrests, which really doesn't look too bad.The finished look in my car is far from great, but depending on your vehicle, it might look fabulous!

This set was the closest I could come to custom seats without paying the custom price. As anyone with an SUV knows the hard part is not the front seats...it's the back bench. With so many different split seat variations (30/70, 40/60, 40/20/40, etc) it can be hard to find a non-custom cover that not only covers the seat but also allows you to raise and lower it in sections. This set does the job, but only partially. I was pleased with the look of the front covers. They don't look half bad. The back seat was only partially successful. The zippered panels are a great idea because when I put the seat part of it on it covered the belt buckle connectors. By unzipping two of the panels just a little I was able to expose the connectors and have the cover still look good.Unfortunately the seat back covers didn't fit well at all and looked sloppy. I tried several combinations, like covering the whole seat (which would mean unzipping the cover every time I wanted to put the middle console down), covering only the seats and leaving the middle console uncovered (which is more functional but looks funny), and finally not covering the seat backs at all.In the end, I decided on the no cover on the seat back option. It looks better, the seat is fully functional, and the seat portion is still protected from spills and wear.So while I'm please with the look and material of the covers, I was only able to use part of the set. That's no fault of the manufacturer: After all, they made a set that works in most vehicles, which is a tall order. In fact, I like the look so much I'm going to order another set to use in my wife's car.One piece of advice for installation: be very careful with the elastic pulls. When I was putting on the first cover I grabbed one of the pulls and tried to pull a portion of the cover between the seat back and bottom, and the pull came off immediately. They are NOT strong.
