doesn't work

What's up with this???? Remote on the back says 'evaluation sample for internal use only' Got to program it to the TV but the volume doesn't work. So....it's useless. Wasn't even going to waste my time trying to contact the seller. The product arrived from Maryland with the sellers name was just a jumble of nonsense letters. Live and learn. What do you expect for 10 bucks. I'm surprised it even arrived! Comcast will replace for free but I don't have a store within 100 miles so I went this desperate move. I'll tried to reprogram with the 991 option. No go.
