SWASH IS PERFECTION!
By Queen Bee on Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2018
My hubby and I decided for both Mother’s and Father’s day we would get ourselves a Swash machine ( on sale)to save on time and on a $200 per month dry cleaning bill! My Swash machine arrived mint condition today from Amazon and is working wonderfully! I did the trick people said to spray just a tad of distilled water on the front and back of the item to help prep it for the Swash pod and so I got a brand new dress shirt out of its bag (and it was HEAVY wrinkles everywhere) squirted the water, put on all the clips as they instruct, then put in the sensitive pod and set it for 15 minutes. OMG it came out BETTER than the dry cleaners do on them! I then got out the Frozen character T-shirts I was ready to toss out because I hate ironing them because of the glitter and logos photos all over them and did the same process but this time I filled the used pod with distilled water since my grandchild is super sensitive and OMG again just LOOK at the before and after pictures! Now I will keep her cartoon logo T-Shirts and just do one the night before she wants to wear it. SWASH is PERFECTION to us on our clothes already! It wowed us and is fun to see how great it does work! Look at ourbefore and after photos! Note: we only buy the Sensitive pods for it because the others smell too strong to us but you only get the high fragrance ones free starter pack with the machine. If you have asthma, buy the Sensitive pods cause they are perfect. See my BEFORE and AFTER pictures below on how well it did on my most wrinkled cotton tops! AWESOME!

Broken machine that hasn't worked since it arrived.
By A. Sanchez on Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2017
Broken Swash hasn't worked since it arrived. Tech attempts to fix it have failed so far. Update: It literally took 7 visits from technicians over the course of a month to get the Swash working. It seems to be functioning now but if I knew it would take me 2 months and 7 visits for a working unit I wouldn't have purchased it. When I first received the Swash it crushed the pod that I placed in it. After 3 crushed pods I realized that the little puncture piece gets caught in the down position, destroying the pods. Every time I open the swash I have to make certain to manually reach inside and push up the piece or it will destroy the pod. 2ndly the buttons didn't work. After 20 minutes of trying to figure out how to start it, the Swash mysteriously started. It seems to work ok but the bottom of the clothes seems more wrinkly than the top. After the first time I've never been able to get the swash to work, though it seems to randomly start all by itself. After calling Tech Support, Swash sent out a technician. He did determine that the buttons were broken, ordered parts and went home without fixing the unit. Ok, that's understandable but a week later after the parts arrived the technician determined that more parts were needed and they won't arrive until September! So far I have a broken Swash at home that hasn't worked for more than two articles of clothing, now no longer functions and won't be fixed until at least September. I regret spending money on this thing. Update: So after literally 7 visits, the puncture clip now works, and the Swash seems to work fine. It takes out wrinkles and does refresh your clothes. I'll be testing it over the next few weeks but unless you have 2 months of nothing to do and can take time off work to have a tech come in 7 times, with one of those times the tech just not showing up, and after calling in when the tech didn't show up being called a liar regarding you being at your home for the visit, I'd pass. Even if the swash fulfills all my dreams it doesn't make up for the two months of having a non-working machine or the 7 tech visits that took at least 3 hours of my day weekday.
