Worth every penny!

Wow I love this turbo head attachment. I feared this would not have enough power. But I wanted one that I could buy a Hard Surface attachment for and they don't seem to be avail for more than 2100 PSI unless you have a gas power washer and I don't want gas cans and that whole mess. I had a rather young washer that died on me with no idea why. I had only used it a few times over maybe 1-2yrs.tely I'm so glad it died. This one works. The soap tip that comes with it actually works with the soap. My other washer only had two settings and the soap was stupid waste of time. Definitely spend another $35 ish for a Ryobi hard surface attachment. OMG that cleans my paver patio and driveway so much faster and easier and with no streaks. Plus I love the ergonomics of this machine. The fact that it can roll upright or as a trolley is another smart design. I love the roll up of the cord and power hose too. Everything has a place and nothing is hanging in my way in the tiny garage. Love it. Feels solid too. Rolls very well.

Older model served me well

Update 11/1/21: Since I’m outside the return window with Amazon I contacted the vendor Merotec. They agreed to ‘evaluate’ the unit if I shipped it to them at a cost of nearly half of what it was worth. If they didn’t agree to repair or replacement, I’d get the damaged unit back. So I’d be out the shipping plus stuck with a useless unit. Didn’t think it was worth the risk, so I declined the offer. Update again: Neighbor bought a new unit through Amazon. Spent two hours cleaning a deck and stored away for five weeks. Pulled it out and in the first 20 minutes it blew the gasket out of the bottom of the pressure washer. The fault is the pressure relief switch it fails and will not turn the unit off when you release the trigger, so the pressure builds until it blows the gaskets out of the bottom of the pump. This is the third unit with exactly the same failure in less than six months. Don’t waste your money on these units until they fix the problem with the pressure switch. Update-9/39/21: Got the new unit. Tested fine. No new cleaning projects lined up so put it away in the garage. Since then maybe 5 hrs use. Pulled it out today and soon as I turned it on it blew an internal seal. Water blasting everywhere from inside the unit. So it’s useless now. That works out to about $34 an hour it cost me to use a pressure washer for 5 hrs. Quantity over quality is the name of the game. Too bad…this used to be a fine reliable unit before the company change. Now I see they’re “unavailable”, so I guess the lower quality units didn’t pay off…. ————————————————— Yes manufacturer has been around for many years. Had an older model of this electric unit called Clean Force. Bought it in 2010. Has served me well for the past 10 years. Cleaned thousands of square feet of concrete, decking and siding. But nothing last’s forever. The pressure relief assembly that dumps the pressure when you release the trigger finally failed and the unit would not shut off. So I ordered this replacement unit, new name ‘Mighty Clean’ basically the same unit with a few modifications and upgrades. But it failed after just a short two hours of use. Unit seemed to be dragging due to internal friction. Possibly due to a lack of oil of a failed internal bearing. Anyway, got a puff of smoke and it shut down and did not come back. Worked well while it was running. Good pressure, nozzles all worked well, and the only unit I have found that has both live cord reel and a live hose reel. As always in my experience, Amazon’s return policy saved the day. A new unit is on the way and the old one is ready for pick up by UPS. My overall review is only three stars due to the unit’s short life. It may have served me well had it lived. I will revise my review once the new unit is received and put into service.
