These Amazon Basics AAA Alkaline Batteries are, quite simply, marvellous. Affordable yet mighty, they’ve become my go-to for everything from TV remotes to fairy lights and the odd drama-queen dog accessory (Nugget must have his LED collar glowing just so during evening promenades). I’ve purchased this exact pack before and was thoroughly impressed—not a single dud in the bunch, and they lasted beautifully. I appreciate that they come with a 10-year shelf life, so I can pop them in the drawer and know they’ll be ready when needed, like a good butler or a chilled bottle of bubbly.
