A return item sold at regular price and late delivered, NOT probably packaged, NOT happy!!

The item is not probably packaged, obviously not in original package, and deliver was late than promised even though I didn't use the prime delivery option. Additionally it has light scratch on the side, this type of product should be sold at discount not at regular price. Scratch is not deep, so it is hard to be shown on the photo.
