Razer BlackShark Noise Isolating Headset

The headphones are great, high quality, comfy and sound wonderful. I would give 5 stars on the headphones alone. However Razer Synapse and Razer Surround are just poorly implemented. I am stuck with the freeware version of the Surround software after registering the headphones. Their web site states that a code will be sent after registration, I have not received one. I have opened a ticket with their support who have said they will email me a code, I have not received one. I have emailed their support multiple times with no response. This is a very disappointing level of customer service. I get it, they have my $$$ and they do not need to do anything further. I feel like an idiot as I purchased a Razer Taipan yesterday, and am now having issues on my laptop trying to run Synapse while it will run on my desktop. I long for the days when we simply had drivers and software included with our hardware, and did not have to depend on cloud based services to provide a "software solution" that doesn't even work. About 5 minutes after posting this I received my upgrade code for the Pro version of the Surround software. I have adjusted my review from 2 stars to 4 as a result.
