Great Desk Phone for Home Office

I work from home. I've recently became exhausted with getting texts and calls to my personal cell for work purposes. I have a Google Voice Account. I was attracted to this phone because it has built in support for it. It was really easy to setup and works flawlessly. Sound quality on both the handset and the speaker is exceptional, not tinny or high pitched. It has good deep clear tones. This model isn't particularly loaded with features, it does have 8 programmable buttons that I setup for speed dial and supports up to 3 carriers. It doesn't support wifi, but with my particular configuration I don't need it. I use a Mac mini (but this works with any Mac with an ethernet port) as my personal desk computer and it has built in wifi support. With Macs built-in internet sharing feature I was able to just run an ethernet cable from the port on the Mac over to the phone and it works perfectly so long as you leave the Mac running, which I'm accustomed to during work hours at least. Highly recommended.

The phone is okay but has some issues to be aware of

It's a nice phone but I am constantly resetting it every couple days. I've had it for 2 months now. I link everything to it through the online portal and I use all 6 line ports. Don't try using the wireless and BT dongles together because the phone will loose it's associated numbers about every 3-4 hours and you again need to reset the phone by cycling the power. After about 4 firmware updates the phone started to remember my qick dial settings. I also had a call hangup in the middle of a call so I'm not too sure this phone is my solution. Tech support is an online knowledge base that is frustrating to use at times but is a good resource for simple issues. I still have one question that's been up there for a month now with no answer so response time varies from great to crummy.
