Items not secured In package

Box was open. Dolls were not secured in packaging. Upon arrival, dolls appeared disheveled. After reading other reviews, other people did not appear to have this problem. Items that were advertised were in the box. Overall disappointed with packaging and appearance of dolls, as items are for a gift. However, I do not wish to go through the hassle of returning them.
