This grille looks nice in my house and all of the measurements were exact! It also came with a couple of white screws which blend in nicely. Some of the white coating came off a little bit during installation, but it still looks good. The screws were high quality, and this made installation quite easy. As mentioned in some other reviews here, the grille is indeed quite flimsy. This is fine for my application (covering the return air hole in my wall, so I don't really need structural stability). Just note before you buy: the grille was quite easy to bend/warp a bit by hand. Once it is attached to the wall, it does not bend or anything, but it is quite a thin piece of metal. It is significantly thinner than the grille that I was replacing. Something to keep in mind for your applications.

This product page tells you to check dimensions carefully before ordering, but fails to tell you one very important measurement: the distance between the two screw holes. For the record, it's 10 5/8" from center to center, which did not match with the ductwork in my home. It's also different from every 10x6 return grille they had at the store, so I'm betting it's not standard. My advice: Don't bother ordering this online, just go to a hardware store with the old return grille in hand, and match them up yourself. The one I bought in store was the same price.
