It absolutely works!

The pictures I attached don't pay enough justice to the results, I am just not good at it. I used the product on only one rectangle area, and what you see at the bottom of the shower door is the are I have not cleaned, for contrast. In real life, the difference is as in night and day. The glass cleaned so easily, I used the abrasive part of a kitchen sponge to apply the cleaner, rubbed lightly and rinsed the area with water, and the glass looked like new. This will now be part of our regular cleaning, since it is so easy and the results are fantastic. Should have gotten this a long time ago, but it's never too late to start!

Works with a super hard sponge and lots and LOTS of scrubbing

We have SERIOUSLY hard water where I live and I purchased this to try to clear up some hard water build up on clear glass surfaces (shower doors and a waterfall faucet). While I would say this seems to work somewhat better than other products I have tried, it was far from a quick fix. I spread this thickly all over the shower doors and used a very rigid sponge to scrub. After about a half an hour of scrubbing and using a 1/3 of the bottle, the shower was improved about 50%. I will repeat this and hope to get the rest off. As for the waterfall faucet, it didn't help at all for some reason (also clear glass). I wouldn't buy this product again but to be fair, it might be fine for other uses or in other parts of the US. Just not where I'm at with the unbelievably horrible water buildup that we get.
