IT'S BEEFY!
By Angie Marakas on Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2019
This is my second Teeter Inversion table. The first one I bought was wonderful and I had no problems with it. However, this EP-970 Ltd. table had the extended handle to release my ankles so I didn't have to bend over to do this. I decided to buy it and give the older one to my niece. My husband assembled this easily and within a short while I tested it out. Here are the advancements: 1. This thing is BEEFY. It feels so much more solid than my old one. 2. The adjustment for your height glides SMOOTHLY into the desired setting. 3. The bars on the sides allow you to easily grab them for an additional stretch when you are inverting. 4. Teeter has added gripper handles to each side that allow you to come up as fast or as slowly as you desire from the incline. 5. It comes with the lumbar bridge and pressure nodes at no extra cost. I haven't used the nodes yet but the lumbar support is terrific. Here's what's improved for me. My original height was 5'7". However, when I went to the doctor last year, I had lost over an inch in height. This really bothered me so I started using my old Teeter regularly (twice a day) for about 1 to 3 minutes each session. Within two weeks I noticed that I had to adjust the height bar from 5'6" to 5'7". At first, I was a little sore as my muscles/tendons adjusted to my lengthened spine. Now, there is no soreness anywhere. I have no back pain or neck pain. My sister who was having terrible back pain came over to my house and tried out my old Teeter. She felt her back stretch out and the pain reduced significantly. She now owns her own Teeter and swears by it. She has no pain now. Folks, I am not being paid by anyone for my feedback. I just want you to know that this thing really works. If you can't afford this new one, look on Craig's List, EBay, or Let Go. Please just get one any way you can. It doesn't matter how old the Teeter Inversion Table is because it has always been an A-plus product. Just clean it up and use it. ONE MORE THING. You don't have to hang upside down! I NEVER do. I only incline about 45 degrees. Also, please go online and watch some videos on the Teeter Tables. You will be happy you did.

Hard on bones - solution
By Peachrose on Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2019
I purchased this teeter inversion product due to back issues. When I moved across the country, I could not take the previous one I had which was a "Hang Up" brand. Similar looking ones on Amazon seemed to be for taller people. The one I had was wonderful and had a soft trampoline for the table part. This Teeter brand is hard as a rock causing pain to my sacrum and back. My solution is shown in the pics. I purchased cushioned bath mats and bungie cords to secure the mats to the table. You have to cut holes in the mats to get the bungie cords through and then attach then to one of the areas on the back. It takes some figuring out, but I am glad I did it. Otherwise, it would have been returned, which would be a hassle. The only other issue is that the ankle clamps are hard to me to get adjusted right. they tend to hurt my ankles at the top, but I do like the handle mechanism that helps you get in and out more easily. My past inverter did not have a handle, but the ankle claps were much more padded. Maybe I will figure out a way to pad these better. Maybe the manufacturer could look into solving these issues for the customer.
