Handheld Showerhead & Rain Shower Combo

i don't think anyone should be comparing this to one of the high quality metal or copper ones just like this. it is not the same. especially for the price of 25 bucks. that said this is an unbiased review and only what i think of the product. This product is a good alternative especially if you want the luxury of a double shower-head without the heavy price. good packaging. however it could have been in a smaller box, which is not relevant for the consumer. It is very easy to set up. honestly if you have any common sense you should be ale to figure it out without the directions. it does come with a warranty so if you have one that is broken. contact them. its on the direction paper included in the packaging. i do believe this is more geared toward high-pressure house/apartment. i installed the shower-head and for some reason the showerhead is very weak, even with pulling out the water regulator/restrict piece. however the other head with the hose works amazing. (with the regulator in) and for the price i cant complain. this product is made of hard plastic that should last awhile for most. a word of advice: do not use tools to tighten the product onto your shower. the rubber gasket is there to make a seal. too tight you risk a bad seal which would induce leaking, and also risk cracking the unit like some of the other reviews because it was too tight. my final verdict is only 3 stars because of the main showerhead not working for me so i only am really using half of the products potential. im positive this is due to my weak water pressure and would work better for someone with good water pressure. i would recommend buying this product. especially if your showerhead is older and want one with a hose attachment. the hose is nice for washing your pet in the bathtub and rinsing the tub. hope this helps.
