Hasbro Scrabble Crossword Game

I don't know if this is an "off brand" or what, but the quality is poor. The first order came and it appeared it had been laying in water and it was all moldy and stuck together. I requested a refund and they convinced me to try a new one. I received the new one and let's just say the box corner was ripped and it's a low quality rendition. It almost looks like someone printed it out and made it themselves. I didn't even bother to send it back because now this whole "let's get a fun board game for the family to share,' has turned into one big hassle. I would NOT recommend buying from this seller.
