Not appropriate for larger arms

The whole reason I purchased this blood pressure unit was because it came with a standard and an adult large cuff. The adult large cuff would not fit a man who does any type of workout to build his upper arms. Therefore, I had to return the item as it did not fit around my husband's large upper arm. It is not a good value if you have to pay for the extra large cuff separately.
