Bestway 58390E Flowclear1500 GPH Filter Pump (Open Box)

After only three weeks, this unit just stopped working. Out of the box, it was normal but it started to make unusual noises and was not pumping water. I went on YT to see what others did to fix theirs and tried many tips by watching dozens of videos (except the ones where they're taken apart), and it still did not work— I just gave up. I lost hours of time trying to correct it and I can't get back my time BUT am returning it to get back something. Perhaps the company did not do a quality check? Not sure. I had to go back and use an old smaller pool pump that I had in storage and it works like a charm — I just needed one that pumped out more gallons per hour and this just failed to do so.
