Great tent
By @cult.of.scorpio on Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2018
I bought the 48x48x80 tent. I think it's great. Zippers are sturdy and this tent is very well made. I saw some reviews saying they had light leaks. I personally have no light leaks, not even around the zippers. Right now I have 6 cannabis plants in mine and they fit nicely and are not packed in. I saw some people asking how many plants can fit inside. But that depends on the size of the plants. Sativa are normally a lot taller than Indicas. Autoflowering plants usually shorter and more compact than regular plants. So it just depends on what your growing. This tent is a great choice for indoor growers. I like how you can unzip from the sides as well as the front so you have easy access to the whole tent. That comes in very handy. I personally didn't want a tent with a separate window where you can look in. I have some friends who have the window on their tents but they get kinda yellow and gross over time. Lots of vents and ducts on the top, bottom and sides to work with. It really does hold a lot of weight. I'm 5'5" 125 lb female and can hang from this easily. Right now I have a 6" carbon filter, 6" exhaust fan, 315 CMH Grower's Choice light with the ballast attached, a 12" mounted ossilating fan and still have room to hang more stuff. I do wish there was an option to get another bar for the top if needed. That would just be more convenient for a lot of people. I found 2 of my dogs and 2 cats inside my tent one evening when I left it unzipped to go get something. I just knew they had chewed or clawed something in there. If they did they weren't able to leave even a scratch. But do note that if you leave any of the bottom vents open, cats can easily get in. I put this tent together myself. I'm not sure who is putting this thing together in 15 minutes. It took me about an hour. The frame itself is super easy, it just clicks together. It's getting the actual tent on that is no fun. That's for any tent though. Much easier if you have someone else to help you. You'll need a big space to put this tent together. Make sure you realize the measurements so you don't put it together in one room, only to realize it's too big and you have to take it down to move it. I took other reviewers advice and assembled the bottom of the tent first. Then I snapped the frame together. Then laid it on it's side to get the tent on over it. It was a pain in the butt. But well worth it. I have nothing negative to say about this tent. Am getting a 2x2 next.

Mostly a Good Design.

I really wanted to give this 4 stars but there was a couple of things that bug me about it. But first let me start with the good. I like the round ports for venting and for cords to go through. They all have 2 "sleeves" at each hole, one for the inside and out. This helps with getting it air tight. And there are plenty of ports to use. The zippers are also sturdy but you can see some light coming through the smaller side door. I guess I could try and straighten out the inner zipper cover to try and block the light but it's really not that bad. It's a strong material so I think it will last for a long while. Now for the negatives. The bars up top don't bolt in so they are sort of free to slide around. It's good that you can move them but I wish there was a clamp screw to hold them. Assembly was kind of hard, especially alone. You literally have to bring the whole cover over the top. And in my case I had about 4 inches above because of a low ceiling. Again, not so bad. It took me about an hour to get it up. And the part that pisses me off the most is the small rectangle vent things along the bottom. There are three that are just Velcro all around the edges. This is NOT AIR TIGHT and even worse NOT LIGHT TIGHT. And the most frustrating part is that tape will not stick to this material. I tried some real duct tape (very sticky and almost a metal material) and that just peeled off after a few minutes. I stepped it up a notch and used gorilla tape and its better but still peeling at the edges. If it weren't for those three rectangle Velcro patches this would have gotten 4 stars.
