Kauai Coffee Hawaiian Peaberry Coffee

I love this stuff... Always partial to Hawaiian coffee, I've tried pretty much every brand out there (including some small batch local stuff I found there on vacation that I've never seen on line) and this is one of my favorites. The Peaberry bean is pretty rare, and usually very expensive, so upon finding it in this price range I was initially suspicious. Nevertheless, I gave it a try and it surpassed all expectations... In fact, I liked it so much that I wound up ordering four more times, and expect to buy another pound when the current one runs out. So far it's had great consistency, flavor, and freshness across all four batches. I get the best brew from a triple screen French press with 205 degree water and a 5 1/2 minute steep time (did I mention that I'm a bit of a coffee snob?). Seriously, you can't go wrong with this one.
