Great Collectible

I guess these are something of a fad, but I can see they have great collectability potential. The number of different characters available is incredible and it doesn't seem that there is a movie, book, TV show or game that hasn't been covered, and this includes some fairly obscure titles. It the words "cult classic" can be attached to a film, TV show etc, they have character figure for it.They are well made with good attention to the details of the individual characters which they are able to capture while maintaining the product's minimalist vibe.I bought this one for my son for Christmas as he is a collector of the figures so it went over well. I have to admit that I find myself drawn to the possibility of collecting them too.

Alright... A bit disappointing.

I purchased this to give as a gift to a fellow Game of Thrones fan and honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The paint job was not precise and because these figurines have large heads, it was very noticeable. The color of the hair bled onto the skin and the paint details on the clothes were not precise either. Also, when the figurine is shaken, it sounds like something broke off inside the head as there is a rattling sound. It was an alright gift, but the quality was definitely not up to par. This was quite disappointing as I have purchased many Funko Pop products before and never really had an issue before.
