Bio Bidet BB2000 Elongated (Open Box)

It really hurts me to write this review, I wanted to love this product and the amount of buyers remorse I feel for something this expensive and so disappointing really stings. Here's the break down for you. Size - The entire thing is completely designed wrong. The fixture on the rear of the seat is absolutely massive, and it interferes with the actual function of the product tremendously. You can see in the photo I uploaded the difference in terms of what the size of a normal toilet seat would be (the lid) versus the size of the actual seat you sit on. Keep in mind the product I'm showing you here is the elongated version, which is essentially the size of a normal small toilet seat. So if you're a man, be prepared to be very uncomfortable. Ease of use - Some of the pictures in the instructions are incorrect, which is annoying but not devasting. The remote is complicated enough that you'll need to read the instructions and anyone who isn't familiar with it will immediately be intimidated and most likely just not use it. Functionality - this part really hurts me, I could deal with the small toilet seat that's painful to sit on, I could deal with the ridiculous form factor of the product and complicated remote that scares people away. But at the end of the day it's the feeble performance that really drags this product's rating down. no matter what setting you turn this sprayer to, it's going to be absolutely pitiful, compared to Omigo or Tushy, and I have both, and I even had the Omigo hooked up to the same toilet seat prior to this one being installed so I know it's not a water flow issue, this product is just sad. The stream of water is so weak that you honestly don't even feel clean afterwards. The dryer is a complete gimmick, if you sit there long enough, you can feel the element in the seat getting hot to the point of being actually painful. The whole thing is just a total disaster. To top it all off, the power cord for this thing is extremely short!!! I'm talking so short that you can't even have it reach the other side of the toilet. Meaning you'll inevitably need to have an extension cord laying around or sitting on top of this thing just so you can connect it to power. Complete and total disaster. Huge waste of money. I feel like a fool for buying this.
