No more pinching

What a timesaver! I was very skeptical but decided to give this a try. Small learning curve with the first batch to get the dough thickness right and transfer to the tool but to put out 18 at a time with no pinching was fantastic. Nearly none came apart when cooked - even when using a wetter filling (butter, sauerkraut, mushrooms , onions and garlic). I did have to use the smooth end of a measuring spoon to pop them out as they did stick at times but all in all I love this tool!

Used for our semi annual pierogi making and dough was too think and not enough filling, If it works for you I’m glad but not for me!!
