Perfect Bidet! Exactly what we needed.

I had to replace an older Bidet and decided on the BioBidet 1700 Bliss as the replacement. One of the issues we had with the old unit was the batteries on the remote would need replacement and that bothered us a bit that we had to keep throwing out old batteries....Thus the 1700 with attached functions solved that concern!! This is the perfect bidet. It has all the bells and whistles we require, heated seat, hot water that does not run out, ease of use, and the right settings for each of us to be happy with. Easy installation just made it that much better! We highly recommend the BioBidet 1700 Bliss for your bathroom hygiene needs.

Missing parts

Re'cd the new BB1700 and found there is no water connection coupling to attach water supply line to. Disappointed to say the least. Now in the process of contacting BioBidet before returning to Amazon. Needless to say my plumber was not happy. Being handicapped I needed help to install although procedure is straight forward. This is my fourth BioBidet product, hoping this issue can be resolved quickly. Update: This item is discontinued by BioBidet, also Amazon recommended I contact BioBidet I did, in the process of getting a replacement not a BB1700, so we will see. I have canceled my Amazon account over the manner in which this issue was handled because I was told there would be some compensation for this mess. Plus the price of the BB1700 has been reduced by 28% but Amazon will not acknowledge that. I could just return the faulty one and buy at a cheaper price a different model. Life without Amazon will be just fine! CEK Update, after some discussion with BioBidet a replacement has been rec'd and installed, successfully. Their customer service is outstanding. Still discussing refund/ compensation with Amazon. This all has been very confusing when dealing with Amazon.
