My husband can only take this for his allergies because of other health( issues. It seems like he has to take several at a time before he sees any relief from his congestion. He coughs and hacks for at least an hour before they kick in. But once they do he’s ok for a few hours, maybe four or so. I feel bad for him because this is on going through the season. I just think you should know, if you have serious allergy conditions, to consider this.
