Rockport Men's Oxford, Black, 11.5 M

I have gotten this brand of shoes for my work for the last two years from Amazon since I could no longer get them in our local stores. The reason I bought this brand of shoes is because they would last me a whole year. I bought them in June and after about a month of wearing them the left sole of the shoe came completely half way off (as you can see in the photo). I contacted the seller for the procedure of getting the shoes replaced but I was told that since it was used and past 30 days; no refund or replacement. I paid over $140 for these shoes and I wore them just like I have for the past two years. I was shocked to have received such a blatant cold response from this Amazon seller. My family has bought many items from Amazon throughout the years but if this is how good customers get treated maybe it's time to go somewhere else. All I'm asking is to have my shoes replaced with new ones so I can have comfortable shoes to work in, especially after paying over $140. I guess that is asking too much. Very disappointed!😞
