Worth looking into for home Airplay systems.

Sound decent. Worth buying at below $250. Very reliable and easy setup. I haven't had to mess with it since initial wireless setup. Airplays from iMac and iPhone without a hitch. I like the ability to separate the speakers for a broader sound stage. The additional extension cable Peavey adds is a nice touch. I wish I could get an even longer extension cable for larger rooms. I bought a second set for my girlfriend's home. They hide nicely above kitchen cabinets. Same consistent reliability. Worth the money. Again, not jaw dropping sound, but definitely better than any other airplay system I've purchased at under $250.

No volume knob?

Just bought it via Woot.com, and well, I'm a bit underwhelmed, even for the greatly reduced price I got it for. For something that's $400 list price, it's lacking in the usability department. Specifically, no volume knob! You absolutely need your iphone or whatever to control the volume. It's my fault for buying it without reviewing it, but I thought that would be a given on a speaker. Also, the only connection method is WiFi or an aux in. Hooking up to WiFi wasn't that much of an issue, but bluetooth would have been nice for a product with such a high MSRP.
