Gamblin Solvent Free Gel Medium Oil

I LOVE this medium for my oil painting it makes the pain like butter! I’m sure the medium will work as intended and the medium doesn’t seem to be leaking out of the tube anywhere however I am extremely concerned with the shape it arrived in as you can see in the photo the tube is smashed and dis formed and the packaging is also smashed. I feel like this is an Amazon packaging issue but someone should be notified about this. Many Oil painting products can be very toxic and flammable and to mail them in only bubble wrap is potentially DANGEROUS and clearly it does not protect the product from damage. Someone needs to package these products more safely and securely in a box and not just bubble wrap. If you don’t mind your products smashed up it will work but I highly recommend just buying your mediums from a local shop if this is how Amazon is going to mail expensive painting supplies. It’s not gambling’s fault that Amazon wants to cut corners like this.
