Works great, but be smart. It is not a voltage converter.

I bought this in 2016. Have used it on multiple trips, and it has worked every time. Used it in Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, England, France and the Philippines, to name a few. One needs to be mindful of voltage requirements, as this is not a transformer or voltage converter. It will not protect your hair dryer, if it is not voltage compatible in the country you are in, for example.

There was nothing in writing at all in the package. Would have been nice to see something about checking voltages on the device to be plugged in (as compared to the outlet voltage). Shipping packaging by Amazon was terrible. The product box was very thin cardboard and Amazon simply stuck it in one of their plastic mailing bags. Result: the cardboard product box was just about destroyed. I expected better of Amazon (Prime). Finally, I will add that the adapters seem decently constructed for the price.
