Great value and size

Purchased this for our son to take a trip out if the country. Seems to have fared well so it is durable. The zipper works. He was able to fit 1 week worth of clothes comfortably. He was also able to take it on the plane as a carry-on

Nightmare from the beginning!!!!!

Before I could even get to my plane the very first time I used this bag the handle malfunctioned. Try as we might this impacted the entire trip. 3 international legs with hours and hours of delays and this handle poked my leg as I tried to drag this crippled bag through crowded airports, ripped my slacks and refused to retract without a battle. Worst luggage experience . Now I’m stuck dragging this around Europe on my long awaited vacation. 10 more miserable days with this piece of crap! Bag was not overpacked . I would give it a NEGATIVE star if possible!
