Great Sturdy Small Tripod. Midwest Photo AMAZING!!
By Josh on Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2016
Just received my MeFOTO Tripod and have to say so far I'm very impressed!! I wasn't looking for a full size pro tripod and didn't want to spend over 100$ let along $300+ as some out there cost. I wanted small, simple and good build quality. What I got was all those things. I mainly am going to use this for landscape, street, and architecture when hand holding the camera is just not an option or I want to use the camera in BULB mode. First off the packaging it came in was fantastic and I over looked it in the description but it comes with a very nice carry bag with a shoulder strap! It has plenty of room in the bag to put anything else in there too that is small if you absolutely need to. This folds up TINNY! Which I love. Can easily fold into a small synch bag or a messenger bag no problem. The controls are simple and easy to manipulate quick and accurate. Hidden also if you take the quick disconnect camera mount off is a small level too which is great and wasn't expecting that. I wish it was on the outside but simply just level the ball and legs then attach camera no big deal. Also back to build quality... this thing is STURDY and BEAFY. It's not super light for being small but it's not crazy heavy either. With that being said, i don't see it breaking if dropped or banged up on something. I intend this to be used with my small Fuji XT1 so I don't see it having any issues and I actually would say that it would easily hold something like a 5D with 24-70mm and even a 70-200mm when using the lens ring tripod mount. Being that it's low center of gravity and that even the legs can be adjusted outward to make it even more stable.lastly and most impressive I got an EXCELLENT "thank you" card and personalized had written message thanking me for my purchase and that if I had any questions or needed any help Midwest Photo would gladly be there to assist me. You just don't see this kind of personal message any more and it doesn't go unnoticed.

Deceiving
By David Voros on Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2016
This item only fully extends 24 inches. The pics are deceiving. So disappointed! I thought it would be a full length tripod.
