This cooler works well, but it’s a lil heavy

We bought this on Prime Day and I haven’t seen the same price since. We enjoy Yeti products but had friends who did not like the other Yeti style of cooler. This cooler is heavy and the handle can feel a little awkward. It is smaller on the inside than expected. However, ice lasts an amazingly long time. We had a fridge replacement and left ice in there for one week and it still stayed cold and hadn’t completely melted. We have used it on a boat and at pool parties in the summer. It keeps things nice & cold. We do store it indoors and not outside in the heat. It has a good seal and so far hasn’t leaked. We are pleased with this purchase as well as with the great price.

Giant Waste of Money

This cooler did not live up to the hype or the price. I used it for the first time over the weekend. It was stocked with ice and water bottles (that came out of the refrigerator). It was outside in the shade (temp was around 85) for 6 hours while we were at an event (8am-2pm on Saturday). When we got home we brought it inside the house. We never opened it during the event we were at as they provided drinks for us. I opened it late Sunday afternoon, all the ice had melted and it had leaked a little on the floor. The water was still cold but there is no way this cooler would be useful for camping....if it was kept outside and opened multiple times a day I'm sure the ice would have melted in less than 24hrs.I would return it but my return window closed in May so now I'm stuck with it :(I love my Yeti cups but save your money and get a different cooler.
