Good viatamins at a great price.

These are convenient, They contain 90% of what you need if you are a bodybuilder, Probably 100% if you're just a health nut, And they are a fraction of the cost of buying the included vitamins individually. I've been taking these for several months and they seem to be potent and effective. Yeah, It's a bunch of tablets in a pack. It's also a bunch of a vitamins too. I don't know that you could take everything that's in there and get around that. You can't beat this price and convenience!

They STINK to high heaven & the product description DOESN'T mention that you'll be taking 11 (ELEVEN) pills and some are as big as the tip of ring finger at the distal joint! You also have no idea what pill is what in case you forgot to take one or it fell on the floor. And btw, these will cause you to have yellow urine output throughout the day till it clears out of your system. I'm giving it 2 Stars but I guess I would still buy them again because I was already taking about 9 pills in a day to get all I needed. It just would've been helpful to know all this stuff.
