Panasonic 2.1CH Soundbar

I rolled the dice and bought this sound bar based on reviews. For the money I could not be more satisfied. I connected this to our 46 inch Panasonic TV. To save space mounted it over the TV using Sewell sound bar brackets (TV on tabletop stand; not mounted on wall). Unit has separate dialog controls and this feature works fantastic. With the built in TV speakers, it seemed like we had to turn the sound up to near uncomfortable levels to make out dialog over movie soundtracks. With control over the dialog volume, we can have the sound level down to approx. 50% of previous level and easily make out every word. Bass is acceptable. We have a small living room (18 X 12) so it's not difficult to rattle the china. *In a bigger room a supplemental sub-woofer would likely be helpful but for our viewing area it's fine all by itself. Music sounds surprisingly well. No separate EQ adjustments available (does have a preset 'music' mode) but using Pandora and Amazon Cloud Player music sounds rich and full. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good value in the 200.00 price range.
