Reminds me of Aquanet

So it says it does not leave hair stiff or sticky. I disagree. Even when I tried a very light dusting (very sparingly) in just one area, it was stiff like Aquanet use to be.... Ok if that is what you are looking for. Those who were in middle school or high school in the 80s will understand the reference.
