Top quality and easy to use. If you need one of these it mean you have a broken neck and you need to be held tight and this brace will fill the bill. I hated it but got use to it over time and given the alternative I leaned to love the discomfort.

Way too big for petite necks

The product per se is fine, but beware that even the smallest size is way to big to provide support for someone with a long, thin neck. I tried all kinds of alterations, but could never get it to work for my 12" circumference neck. Try a Philadelphia collar instead.
