Easy to swallow but had side affects

Tried these instead of my usual 100MG softgels, but found they gave me chronic headaches.(One of the common side affects).Have gone back to my 100MG dose, headaches have gone.I use them to control muscle aches/pains associated with Fibromyalgia.
