This pillow is definitely PERFECT for me, a side sleeper. Feels like you're resting your head on one of those old feather pillows we had growing up, perfect support for head and neck. Not a cheap pillow but well worth the price...it's been suggested that pillows should be replaced every 6 mos., but my Indulgence has a 3 yr. warranty! This is my second one, and the first has had many washings and held up without a problem.

Not the same

I've bought this pillow for decades, usually replacing every 2 years. This time, I can't use it--it flattens like a pancake during the night and I end up with a sore neck and sore ears. Something has obviously changed, I think maybe different filling or less filling. I'm having a hard time finding another brand that works for me (I don't like memory foam or down). So disappointed.
