great for cookies in microwave/convection oven

Other reviews reported this pan warped... in the convection oven it did twist/warp during the preheat cycle but then settled back into the original shape, no damage. Cookies turned out great, the lip along three edges is narrow enough to allow the cookies to convection bake. Clean up was very easy as well, crumbs slid right off the pan!

Discovered lots of tiny scratches--received a used one?

After receiving this cookie sheet, I washed it and stored it in the cupboard. After using it once to bake some fish, I found that one section of it has many small scratches on it. They don't affect the baking of fish and re-heating of pizza. I haven't tried baking cookies, yet. I only use plastic spatulas to remove the food that I baked/heated. This must have been a cookie sheet that was returned and re-sold. Check your new baking sheet carefully before using it. Other than the scratches, it is a snap to clean. As one customer mentioned, be very careful taking the pan out of the oven. The surface is so slippery that your food could end up on the floor!
