Muscle Feast on the BEST Creatine!!!
By Madison McLane on Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2025
I freaking LOVE Muscle Feast - I first tried their brand with their Protein Powder & was SOLD! Anyone I've ever let taste it has been amazed. I've never found a brand (& I have tried all of them & done my research) that is SO clean with their ingredients & has the most delicious flavor! I couldn't believe how great this works - it mixes so well & I actually look forward to drinking this. Other brands have given me stomach problems & made me regret trying to improve my performance/protein, but never Muscle Feast - they use the best kind of plant-based sugar with no added ingredients. The Fruit Punch flavor is so so so GOOD!!!

3 stars only because…

It’s certified gluten-free; which is hard to find in any supplements. After discussing w/ my physician regarding benefits of creatine & how well studied it is; w/ all my health problems, including a feeding tube, was given greenlight to include this in my daily regimen to boost muscles. It doesn’t dissolve at all at room temp liquid! I need it to dissolve in order to administer through feeding tube. In order for creatine to be ultimate for performance, from what the studies have shown, it should dissolve completely before ingesting. The only way I can get this to dissolve completely is to boil it in water for a couple of minutes. Then rapidly cool it down. I’ve tried to just let it cool down gradually; it re-crystallizes. There are other products on the market which are gluten-free but unfortunately not “certified” gluten-free which dissolve way better than this & get way better reviews. Plus cheaper per ounce; spouse bought that alternative… but I couldn’t take the risk due to my severe reaction to gluten from refractory celiac disease. Spouse’s actually dissolved way better!! Unless you enjoy boiling it; the added step, I’d go w/ another higher-quality product such as Thorne. At least it’s less residual & it’s not gritty crystals but a powder consistency.
