Crazy Aaron's Super Illusions Super Lava Putty

I will be doing my reviews on both products: the Super Lava and the Strange Attractor. * Strange Attractor I was super excited for the magnetic thinking putty. Having a huge collection of thinking putties, I was ready to expand further. Due to Amazon Prime (which is amazing) it came exactly on time, and I was super excited. The packing was horrible. The cardboard box was bent, and ripped, which was very weird since another item I bought in this seller also had the same bent packaging. As I opened it up, the Thinking Putty looked like it had exploded. It was disgusting to see and the pieces were hard to collect. The magnet was tucked inside the Thinking Putty, which took me a good five minutes trying to find and remove it while keeping my hands clean. I was disappointed at how weak the magnet was because it did not attract unless I held it super close to the Thinking Putty. Before, the putty used to have a Neodymium magnet, which was super strong. Now, they just have this super cheap ceramic magnet that does not do anything.The Thinking Putty was also sticky, and left a disgusting residue and mark on my hand Some of it even stuck on my hand when I put it away in the tin. I was so disappointed on the Magnetic Thinking Putty, it was nothing like my collection before it. The Putty was not FIRM at all, and it was thinner compared to the rest of the putty I own. Another flaw was that it is a magnetic thinking putty held in a MAGNETIC TIN CASE. this means the magnet sticks to the tin and it also is attracted to the other putties I have as well. It is disappointing to me on how bad this product is, considering that it is one of the most trademark items Crazy Aaron is known for. All of the other putties are decent, but this is just a no to me. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS THINKING PUTTY AGAIN. Super Lava When I saw this product, I was surprised on how much cheaper it is. I bought the Super Lava Putty, and I'll go through the total experience. When I first got my box and opened it, the putty was in this cardboard packaging. It was also deformed like the Strange Attractor. The packaging was also bent as well, so if you want to gift this to someone, I suggest you get it directly from the site (Crazy Aarons Thinking Putty). Now, besides the bent packaging, I then removed the packaging to see the insides. Opening it was easy since it was just a tin can. The only thing was that there was this thin residue of thinking putty on top the lid. This residue was surprisingly very hard to remove, and there still is some right now. With the actual product, the Super Lava Putty is very nice. It is stretchy and super fun. There is also a huge amount compared to other brands of putty. The best thing about this product and all of the other Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty is that it is SILICONE BASED. That means it will never dry, as other putties are usually water based and gets harder and dries out as time passes. I still have my other thinking putties from 3 years ago and they behave exactly the same today. The amount of putty is very nice as kids can share it, and it feels like a decent handful in adult hands. The one I bought is very trippy too, because it changes colors depending on the light. The super lava color, however, is a bit dark and needs a brighter light in order to see the illusion in its fullest. This putty I bought also has this unique characteristic of having a "memory" and it tries to revert to its normal self when stretched. In conclusion, these TWO PRODUCTS have gave me mixed reactions. I am giving this company 3 stars because 1 of the items (Super Lava) was very good while the other (Strange Attracter) was terrible. *If you find this review helpful or not helpful, please rate it.
